Mookai Family Health
Culturally Safe Health Care for Your Family
We now provide a unique service for families to grow safe and healthy with our new family health clinic.

Mookai Family Health is here to support Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families from regional and remote areas of Far North Queensland while they’re in Cairns, offering trusted health care while away from home.
We’re excited to offer our new, dedicated service to help families grow safe, strong, and healthy.
We encourage all our clients to utilise our health services for new worries, follow-ups, and opportunistic health checks while in Cairns.
Our clinic is here for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families visiting Cairns from rural and remote communities across Cape York, the NPA, and the Torres Strait Islands.
We provide both Primary Care and Midwifery services in a warm, supportive environment. If you need help getting to your appointments, our friendly transport service is available to assist you.
While you’re in Cairns, we encourage you to visit us, whether it’s for a new health concern, a follow-up, or just a quick check-up. We’re here for you and your family, every step of the way.
