Contractor Inductions

Mookai Rosie Bi-Bayan has a duty of care and responsibility to ensure our premises are and remain safe for both internal and external stakeholders.

All external contractors and their employees must undertake a mandatory induction to Mookai Rosie premises and procedures.

If you are a company representative or business owner, ALL employees undertaking work on your behalf at Mookai Rosie Bi-Bayan premises must register and complete their individual inductions.

Work may not be carried out until the registration process has been completed, and employees or sole traders will not be allowed on site without a valid induction certificate. Please note, all subcontractors and employees engaged by a principal contractor are considered employees and must undergo the same induction.

There is no cost to complete the induction, and there is no limit on how many employees may complete the induction.

Once your company is registered, you and your employees will need to register to complete your individual safety inductions.

Induction cards will be printed periodically and your company will be notified when they can be collected from the reception at Mookai Rosie.

1. Company registration and inductions

A company representative must register your company. Click here to register.

Notes:

1. Sole traders/suppliers will need to both register their company, register as an employee, and complete the induction.

2. The same email address can not be used to register a company, and then used by an employee to register for induction. It must be a different email address.

2. Individual inductions

Individuals need to HEAD HERE and upload their tickets or licenses to register. Once an individual has registered they are able to log in and complete induction.

Notes:

1. When company or individual licenses, certificates or tickets are uploaded to the portal, please input the expiry dates and correct contact information in, as the system will automatically let you know when expiry dates are approaching. This makes it easier for you and your employees to keep everything current.
