This project has been a long time coming. It was exciting to share our renovated facility, introduce the extended team, and talk more about our deadly plans for the future!
Mookai Family Health provides a new, fit-for-purpose home for Mookai Rosie’s primary care services, which commenced operations almost 2 years ago.
For your health needs, Mookai Family Health offers:

- Midwifery led antenatal and postnatal care

- Chronic disease management / Integrated Team Care pathways
- Social and emotional wellbeing support
- Vaccinations
- Community outreach, home visits and telehealth

Our services support continuity of care and service, liaising with your regular healthcare provider, and providing a complete health summary at the conclusion of treatment.
Services are available to all Torres Strait and Cape York clients including men, women and children, whilst they are in Cairns.
